Welcome!

I am grateful to share the healing medicine of Thai massage in the beautiful high desert of Central Oregon, nestled at the base of the Three Sisters mountains among tall ponderosa pines and fragrant junipers.

I offer two hour sessions that are intuitively led based on our intake and communication. A traditional northern Thai massage regime is the baseline. However, I utilize other modalities to help give you the best treatment possible based on your needs. This can include deep myofascial release for chronic pain and athletes, or hot herbal packs with healing herbs from Thailand and very gentle stretches for pregnant women and the elderly. You will most likely never receive the exact same treatment twice. Treatments are approximately 90 minutes, with time added for a thorough intake, as well as integration, debrief, and special herbal tea afterwords making sessions a full two hours.
